GeoBox Warranty and RMA Policy
Introduction
- This document provids detailed information regarding warranty terms, return policies, and other related information for users.
Section 1: Limited Warranty
- GeoBox products are designed and tested to meet the highest standards, backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor. The warranty is effective from the first delivery date from VNS Inc. or Enjoy Display Inc.
- Warranty coverage includes parts and labor for repairs but excludes faults resulting from user negligence, special modifications, abuse, mechanical damage, shipping damage, and other unusual damages.
- The warranty period for accessories (such as remote controllers, batteries, and IR receiver extenders) is six months.
- The manufacturer does not assume responsibility for consequential damages, expenses, or loss of revenue, inconvenience, or operational interruptions experienced by the customer. Warranty service does not automatically extend the warranty period.
- No other warranties, expressed or implied, shall apply.
Section 2: DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy
- DOA is defined as any unit found to have the following issues within 14 days from the purchase date: unable to power on/off, no image, malfunction, or content mismatch. After confirmation by VNS Inc., the unit will be repaired to the same quality as new one or replace with a new one, provided that the returned unit includes all original accessories, shows no damage, and has no user negligence, abuse, mechanical damage, shipping damage, or other unusual damages.
Section 3: Exception Clause
- If the product has been repaired within the warranty period, the warranty period can be extended by three months for the same defect. If the repair occurs after the warranty period has expired, the user will receive a three-month warranty for the repaired item.
Section 4: Return Material Authorization (RMA)
- If a product needs to be returned for repair, the user must inform the manufacturer and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Section 5: Shipping Charges and Repair Fees
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the unit for repair. The manufacturer will cover shipping charges for the return shipment to the customer. All inspection, material, and repair fees will be borne by the manufacturer.
- The user is responsible for the inspection, material, and labor costs for repairs, as well as all shipping and insurance costs.
- The manufacturer will provide a quotation to the user, who can then decide whether to proceed with the repair. If the user chooses to return the unit, the user will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
